Executive support

I will support you through the implementation stage of the strategic-operative process, designed to ensure that the value proposition does not remain a marketing document - but is translated into managerial decisions, organizational processes, and execution in the field.
We will perform a diagnosis and align management - including identifying organizational barriers, translate the value proposition into measurable operational goals, and create organizational processes and tools that will enable the implementation of the proposal. In the final stage, I will accompany you in the implementation: accompaniment and mentoring, building capabilities, and measurement and learning for continuous improvement in reaching your goals.
