During treatment, you will gain tools and behavioral skills to deal with challenges and difficult situations on the path to improved mental well-being, according to the goals you define and your personal values.

A series of meetings to refine your personal story

A series of meetings designed to help you direct yourself to the right places and rewrite your story - the desired state of affairs in the various circles of life and your path to those destinations.


Together, we will examine and challenge your driving values, pinpoint your life goals, and identify your resources and strengths to achieve them.

In the meetings, we will integrate methods, tools, and experiential experiences from the worlds of training, therapy, and creativity.

The meetings take place in Hod Hasharon, at my home clinic, or via Zoom.
